Comprehensive lighting maintenance packages

We provide comprehensive packages for lighting maintenance, which can include planned and reactive lighting maintenance, relamping, testing of emergency lighting and general electrical maintenance. As part of our planned lighting maintenance, we look closely at your lighting system in a holistic way. First, we’ll see if any aspect of it can be improved to reduce the running costs. We’ll also recommend design changes to increase staff comfort and reduce consumption.

Nationwide coverage for electrical maintenance

Greenlite Group provides both planned and reactive electrical maintenance services for multi-site or large organisations on a nationwide basis. Our planned maintenance services covers electrical testing, appliance in use test (PAT Tests), electrical safety overviews to ensure your electrical installation is inherently safe for your staff and customers.

We are always completely open about our costs

Our charging system is completely transparent, with a fixed schedule of rates and a fixed price for materials. We will also quote to repair any lighting or electrical fault for free. To make sure you know exactly what was done and how long it took, we can email the engineer’s worksheet upon request as soon as the job is complete. For this reason, we receive an extremely low rate of invoice enquiries.

Statutory

Companies in the UK are now required (by law) to test and tag all their electrical appliances and also to test their exit and emergency lights to EU standards. As part of a complete maintenance package we would include testing and tagging of all your electrical appliances and testing of all exit and emergency lights.

Prevent

Preventative electrical maintenance is essential to ensure the safe operation of your electrical systems. It also assists in minimising the likelihood of disruption or downtime to your business by allowing it to operate at maximum efficiency. We will inspect all electrical equipment at agreed intervals to ensure that they are adequately maintained.

Fabric Maintenance

Maintaining the fabric and infrastructure of a production asset is central to extending its operating life. We provide fast and effective support for all fabric maintenance services to reduce administrative burden.
